If I saw him on the street, I'd def consider him nice looking.. he is tall, dark, handsome.

But on the big screen, the threshold for goodlooks is much higher. Someone like Fawad is what I would say has the looks of a moviestar. But Ranveer is quite ordinary for a moviestar, although a decent looking man otherwise.

Ok so he does not have the best face in the business but what makes him attractive is his sex appeal...there is this raw masculinity in him evident onscreen when he is being intense...like that BM bathroom scene with PC or that Reza song in Gunday or even the swimming pool scene with Anu in DDD or just take the entire second half of Lootera. Now this is what you call full blooded masculinity, he is someone who can never look effeminate, and has this retrosexual charm. With a full beard he is just hotness incarnate IMO. Deepika is very very lucky to be the focus of all that intensity😳

He reminds me of Clive Owen, who despite having a non pretty face, has a very dark sexy appeal.
