Priyanka Chopra becomes India's highest paid actress!

Priyanka Chopra has become the first Indian star to enter the Forbes list of highest paid television actresses in the world, after starring on American series "Quantico".

PC has had a meteoric rise and after wowing the West with her hit TV show Quantico, has leveled up to number 8 in Forbes' list of highest paid TV actresses in the world.

Topping the list is Sofia Vergara, lead actress of Modern Family fame who isn't just #1 on the Top Paid TV Actresses list but like Priyanka is also a film actress.

After making her big American TV debut, Priyanka soon became the hottest thing on US television, with Forbes listing her earnings as $11.125 million (their calculations include earnings between June 1, 2015 and June 1, 2016.) As per the Forbes report, like most television actresses (and actresses, in general), her millions are not made from screen time alone. Chopra is one of India's top picks for advertisers, recently winning a seven-figure deal with sparkling juice brand.

The "highest paid television stars" listing, was an eagerly awaited report especially since television is the hottest it has ever been in America.

Priyanka Chopra is being celebrated in what is being referred to as the "Golden Age" of television in the US, one that has wider reach than motion pictures.

She soon makes her big Hollywood debut with "Baywatch" alongside Hollywood heavyweight Dwayne Johnson, the world's highest-paid actor.

Was Deepika Padukone's Facebook Live Chat scripted?

Deepika Padukone recently did her first Facebook live chat and her fans went crazy. The actress interacted with her admirers and answered many questions that they threw at her.

While we loved the way Dippy carried off the chat, we are a little surprised at this particular picture of the actress that is doing the rounds of the internet. The photo shows Deepika Padukone chatting with the fans, while a script is placed below.

This makes us think whether the entire Facebook chat was scripted? We are still trying to figure out the same. But do tell us, what do you guys think?

And if it was scripted then isn't it a tad shocking?!

What was wrong with Bandwagon-er's post? Why did mods remove it. She just said - DP is inarticulate.

@Mods-after 5 years of being on this site, this wasn't expected..This wasn't even a troll post (and trust me I make ton loads of those and shall continue to do so), just an observation and didn't violate any of the rules this forum has. I am hoping you accidentally clicked the remove content button, coz if that's not the case that leaves a lot desired on a forum where members are being personally attacked left, right and centre. Deepika is way too sweet and has a lot of nice things to tell the world so she ends up being INARTICULATE. She wants to say the right thing and never hurt anyone so she probably ends up being INARTICULATE. She probably was reading the script of her next film or writing down her answers before saying it out loud in the FB chat (hence those papers) because poor thing is INARTICULATE. But point is so what if she is INARTICULATE. I'd rather she remains this selfless and sweet soul who is INARTICULATE in this world filled with selfish people rather than be ARTICULATE and become one with them. So yes Deepu is INARTICULATE. So what ????
