Glad Ash went ahead with those scenes. I say she should have gone all out and should have agreed for the liplock scenes too, just to piss off the old man.

U want to know what's disgusting and conservative?

My friend hails from UP where the DIL is supposed to cook and serve the family everything starting from a glass of water to breakfast, tea,lunch,dinner to the ketchup lying just next to their plate...but no one from the family can even pick up the glass from which she had water..

Where she is not allowed to answer back against in-laws including sis n bro in law even when troubled ..

If she is cleaning the house till 12 after serving them tea and breakfast..no one will get up and cook lunch..upar se 4 baatein sunaayenge aur bahar khana Kha ke aayenge .. without even caring about what she will eat..

If DIL stays out of town and comes even for a one week vacation she has to follow all these practices..

This is real India people..this is being conservative..

Privilege to do steamy scenes on screen is not the only empowerment we r seeking

she herself is not comfortable with that ...i read that in an interview of hers...the kiss with hrithik cause her lots of problems...thus she is not keen in a real lip-lock scenes and kjo shot the lip-lock scenes using a camera angle rather than a real one

Don't think she said she was not comfortable, she did say that those scenes caused a lot of stir in the media and brought extreme reactions in India. On the lovemaking scenes she has always maintained that 'she will cross the bridge when she reaches it'.

thats funny...the entire BW is kissing away but Dhoom 2 kiss created a stir in india...when i read the article those days...i was laughing hard...regarding love making scenes...its her decision...i respect it...i believe passion in eyes and emotions creates a love story not kissing and love making scenes...but there is so magic in RanAsh chemistry...the fiery passion in them that attracts me to their chemistry...they are emotionally bond...a relationship deep and meaningful
