Bad angle or simply she was sick or something. Anyone has a bloated/off day. She's honestly one of the most beautiful faces so I def think she might have been sick or something.

her doctor is the same who has botoxed priyanka chopra many times and has turned her face into a box

my sources have informed me that kat was undergoing her first botox procedure and pc came to know about it. now we know pc hates kat's beauty

as dr was about to inject into kat's face to iron out wrinkles...someone from under the bed grabbed his leg and he slipped and accidentally injected botox into kat's nose. hence note kat's big bloated nose

security personnel later found out it was priyanka chopra under the bed

she refused to leave and had a fight with security preson

later - this was captured from CCTV footage
