Oh No: Ranveer Singh might get kicked out of Padmavati?
If reports in a leading daily are to be believed, Ranveer Singh might get replaced in 'Padmavati'.
The buzz that's making rounds states that Sanjay Leela Bhansali is having second thoughts about casting Ranveer Singh in his next directorial and is all set to replace him with another actor. Reason? Ranveer demanded a copy of the script and this irked the filmmaker who in turn decided to replace his Bajirao. (Even we are shocked to hear this reason. Like seriously? What's wrong in asking for the script when the actor has already given his confirmation for the film?)
The report further states that SLB has already began his hunt for new actor who will take Ranveer's place and Shah Rukh Khan is in his top priority list.
Previously, SRK had expressed his liking towards the project but SLB had already taken Ranveer on board that time. But, now it seems he is re-considering SRK.
Ranveer was finalized to play the anti- hero, Alauddin Khilji who is enchanted by the beauty of the Mewar queen, Rani Padmavati that is being played by his real-life lady love, Deepika Padukone.
This surely is a sad news for all the fans who were waiting eagerly to witness the mesmerizing chemistry of Ranveer and Deepika on the silver screens yet again.
But, fingers crossed and all we can hope for that this news turns out to be false and SLB retains Ranveer in the project. What do you guys think? Share your views in the comment box below.
