Good question. I can only speak for myself but I like guys who look like they eat reasonably healthy and are fit. I don't like too muscular, asymmetric (chicken legs, huge arms), or excruciatingly low body fat (eat a cookie, dammit!). Having said that, I am a fan of multiple BW actors who are guilty of one (or all - I'm looking at you Hrithik... Oh, but Dhoom 2 Hrithik was near perfect❤️ ) of these.

These muscle man look fit and sexy to girls

But from inside most are hollow and phus-phussa..

If ever someone like Hippo was to slap these boxes believe me they will fall on the ground and vibrate for few seconds before coming back to static state

Point is they are really not that tough as it looks

Also the real body and personality does not mean 6 packs..
