Sonakshi Sinha to star in a movie about Rani Ratnavati?

There has been strong buzz about a film being planned on the life and myth surrounding Rani Ratnavati of Bhangarh in Rajasthan. The princess was well-known for her astounding beauty and had many suitors. Apparently, Nawazuddin Siddiqui has already been roped in for a pivotal character in the film. Also, Kareena Kapoor Khan was approached for the title role but she declined it saying that she was four months' pregnant. Sources also reveal that now Sonakshi Sinha has been approached for the role. It seems the producers wanted to rope in Abbas-Mastan to direct the film but the duo is busy with Machine, whichh is set to launch Abbas's son Mustafa Burmawalla. Keep watching this space for more...
