Alka or shreya

Sherya but I like alia with udit combo

Shreya.
Alka is too much "I am Godess" type.
And not just personality but Shreya is more cute and also a very good singer.

Shreya for me also. Found her very versatile.

I don't know if others also noticed that Alka always seems to sing in a high pitch/scale even when it is not required ... whereas Shreya, apart from high pitch songs, can also sing songs like - "jadu hai nasha hai" in a very soft sensuous style. I'm sure Alka would have ruined that song!

I'm surprised that not many people chose Alka. I guess more of IF is from the current generation where Shreya has excelled. I've grown up listening to Alka ji. She is a pure genuis. She has sung such a large range of songs. She is surely miles and miles ahead of Shreya in my opinion. In today's generation and today's songs Shreya is the best! There is absolutely no doubt about that. Shreya has such a soulful voice. But if I had to chose one, Alka has the vote from me!

You know you lost all credibility when you say Alka is miles and miles ahead.
No one is miles better than Shreya, not even Lata.

Voicing your opinion and exaggeration are two different things.

And I clicked on Shreya by mistake..both are fab but Alka Yagnik has always been my favourite..she's amazing..her voice suits any and everybody so nicely plus she's great in all type of songs.
