Not necessarily a bad thing to happen...

They won't get a stay order as they will just get away by putting a disclaimer that the film is fictitious

Also If Lateef's son makes the hardliners think that it portrays the reportedly communal Lateef in BAD light, it would go a long way in allaying their fears that Raees is glorifying a real life villain!!!

That may give the movie bit of breathing space at the B.O.!!!

I finally saw Mahira Khan in one of them Pakistani songs . She actually looks pretty good and she's a nice dancer ⭐️
