okay... I could be wrong since my understanding is limited in these things😆.. but top actresses implies you have successful films, that you are banked upon like Deepika and Kangana.. Sonam is not a top actress in my opinion.. she might be getting good roles but she would need to prove herself in the acting to be considered a top actress

disclaimer: do not pounce on me.. that is just my opinion and understanding😆

So, going by your definition, Sonam is a top actress. Aisha is a woman-centric film as are Dolly Ki Doli and Neerja. She was the most known name (in Bollywood) when she did Raanjhanaa, Bewakoofiyaan and Khubsoorat.

errr. they might have been women centric but they werent successful.. as i said you have successful films.. Sonam is yet to have a film in which her performance becomes the talk of town. neerja might change things for her but as of now nope..
