Like everyone else it's difficult to choose as some of theswle characters were really great.

Character wise

Salman Khamoshi

Ajay HDDS

Ranveer Bajirao Mastani

Ranveer Ramleela.

But voted for Baba Bajirao Mastani.

Hmm only the characters i would go with Ajays Vanray in HDDS he was such a good man that I wasnt upset at the end that Nandini didnt choose Sameer. Never saw Khamoshi so after Vanray it would be Bajirao but I am not sure Ranveer brought out the emotions of bajirao so well that i really felt for him and overlooked his infidelity towards Kashi . So actor would be Ranveer.

Amitabh and Rani in Black were the hands down one of the greatest acting performance of all time in whole Indian cinema, let alone SLB movies.

Oh and SRK's Devdas was an disappointment, just watch Dilip's Devdas or Abhay's Dev D, far better portrayal of the role.

Also why Salman for Khamoshi, when Nani Patekar over shadowed him in the movie.
