Kareena and Bipasha might have debuted around the same time, but they have completely different career trajectories. In the initial years, they were competitors as well as rivals and were often pitted against each other.

However, Bipasha's career pretty much petered out by 2013, and Kareena at least has good films still up her sleeve.

Do you think theyw ere ever at same level, or was Kareena always ahead of Bipasha?And whose acting did you like better?

Bipasha has still given more hits and had less flops than Kareena 😆

bipasha was never even 50% as hyper or passionate about BW as kareena was

still she gave kareena a stiff competition in ajnabee..

she started well without a famous boyfriend..sugar daddy..actual daddy in showbiz..or any connections and managed to make an impact

ajnabee..then raaz then jism..she was getting there with 2006 and 2008 being great years for her..esp 06 with beedi being a big hit..corporate winning her critical acclaim..and dhoom being year's biggest hit

BAH..she was touted as the best among the girls and critics loved her act

however her career completely lost track after it

i feel she was decent..better than kareena initially but kareena matured as an actor..i don't think bipasha can ever do a geet or chameli

kareena is the better actress..but then bipasha is decent too

Till Omkara I found Bipasha better dan Kareena...she carried herself much better and was a part of no of commercially successfull movies..Post jwm, kareena seems as a better actress bt d fact dat kareena wud hv been over even before reaching jwm, owing to her flops, had she not been a kapoor dilutes kareena's current status for me...What is sad is seeing bipasha getting reduced to a raaz 3,creature,alone n stuff..Just for d racist remark by kareena towards bipasha, now I ll choose bipasha

Well there is really not much of a comparison. Kareena is true blue bollywood. Because of Karisma and Kapoor surname, Kareena was always confident of becoming a superstar. She has hardly given any hit films though. What is the point of being talented when you end up wasting it on flowerpot roles or keep over-acting in crappy films. Except for a few JWMs, Kareena has hardly had any great hits.

Bipasha, on the other hand, was always just the sex symbol. She made it in bollywood without any backings or sugar daddies. I guess she was just taking easy with her bollywood career and was just waiting to settle down with John. Sad that it didn't happen and now she is wasting herself on KSG. Ewww. But then for what it's worth, Bipasha has more hits to her credit than Kareena and that too when Bipasha probably didn't even try as hard as Kareena to be in the rat race.

Anyway, wasn't Saif dating Bipasha while shooting for Race. And then he dumped her for Kareena. That's a common factor.

Bipqsha had to go through an entirely different trajectory than Kareena because she was an outsider who was also very dusky.

What I find remarkable is that she managed to rise above the crew of Mallika Sherawat, Neha Dhupia, and all the other actresses who were doing xyz kissing scenes in a movie to being a popular name in her own right (she was even in an yrf film with Ranbir!) And she showed in Corporate that she could also act.

She's had quite a journey even though she's not even remotely near the top. What she needs to fix is her love life...stat!
