Will History Repeat?

BV got a disastrous opening.

Sunny Leone's sleazefest Kuch Kuch Locha Hai couldn't squeeze average Indian guy's hard earned money.

If BV and KKLH had done decent business, Piku would not have done good business.

Now.. Do you think the sleazefests Mastizaade and Hate Story 3 will tank and PRDP's BO collections will dip for it's poor WOM? Will history repeat? Will Tamasha become another surprise hit of the year?

Hate Story 3 surely is gonna affect PRDP. Hakka noodle over tasteless ghar ki daal anyday 😆

If Tamasha is like Phantom it can work. By Phantom I mean it looked so bad...trailer was badly cut and songs didnt appeal much. But the movie was surprisingly so good that you could ignore Saif's ugliness and Katty botox. Similarly if Ranbir and Deepika's worst scenes are in the trailer and rest of the movie is good...the film will work.

There is hardly any buzz for Tamasha...aa ker chali jaayegi aur kissi ko pata nahi chalega...although I am hoping for Ranbir's sakes that it does well...but koi promotion nahi...kuchh nahi...

The only thing I'm actually enjoying about Tamasha is the music. Ranbir is giving me a total deja vu feeling. I hate how Deepika is overshadowing him. Matargashti and Heer were good trailers but Imtiaz has done such a bad job with the rest of the trailers.

tamasha trailer on big screen gave me headache let alone its success!! though BM looked very promising !

Tamasha will be average.
Most of Salman Khans won't watch it ever.
Most of SRK fans will save cash for Dilwale.
Aamir fans hardly watch other's movies except Aamir's 😆

Buzz is low and just about ok. Songs haven't clicked like YJHD.

For fans like me, it has nothing interesting. Promotions have been focussed on RKDP shippers. This is a wrong tactic. They should have shown things why this movie is different. Chemistry looks forced this time around.

It shouldn't flop in my view. This is good enough for Biru right now.

I had told months back repeatedly Tamasha won't be like YJHD. Tamasha and Bajirao won't release together and Tamasha is no match for Bajirao Mastani in terms of scale.. hope friends here remember it 😊

Now only one thing remains, my view since a year back that best actor award for Ranveer... how many of you think Biru will win it for BV/Tamasha or Varun for Badlapur?
