She already looks older than Alia and I think this picture is actually from Saif/Kareena's wedding two years ago. Given that she has a mature face she might be competition to a lot of them including Parineeti and Sonakshi especially if she has her parents' talent. Yes I think Saif is talented despite his bad luck at the box office in last couple of years.
