Good comparison.

Amir and SRK have done better than Akshay. His flops have been many. He comes last though he does try.

However on the upside Akshay wife is miles hotter than Amir and SRK wives could ever dream to be.

So tit for tat.

Akki is nowhere near Khans. Doing loads of films some of which are watched, some of which are not, is no achievement. Each Khan is like a 1000 rupee note himself whereas Akki is a case of lot of chillar, hundred rupee or at times, 500 rupee notes added to somehow measure up to 1000. He has no yearly top grosser. No ATBB and couldn't even make it bigger when Aamir was on a break and Salman had a low phase. Hrithik was competing with SRK then.
You have to add all bazaillion films to show Akshay Kumar ahead or comparable to Khans!

SRK has achieved more if entire career is considered. Though Aamir is doing way better now than any other Khan or Kumar.

Those who use holiday excuse should recall TMK released on Christmas.

Its actually a massive achievement!!

Akki has had 12 successes out of his last 15 with only OUATIMD, Its Entertainment & Joker biting the dust.

Akki has the most hits & successes in the last 5 years.They haven't transformed to BB's but nobody is complaining. Aur waise bhi 1000 Rs are 1000 Rs in notes or chillar.

In quantity, Akshay did better.

In quality, Aamir did better.

In consistency, SRK did better.

Hehe!

Same excuses were used to call Jeetendra comparable to Bachchan, Dharmendra, Rajesh Khanna in past but world knows he is just an also ran.

1000 rupees note itself is more important than taking time to gather chillar and somehow get close to 1000 after adding it all up.

The guy whose 1 film itself makes most is more accomplished than the guy whose dozens of films you have to add to reach same amount.

Excuses can be made to make him look great online. In real life he has no comparison to Khans.

Aamir. Just look at his filmography.

Consistency, Quality and individual brilliance (be it the movies as a whole or his acting); he has all three of these. And that is where is trumps others.

Raakh, AAA, JJWS, Rangeela, Sarfarosh, Earth, Lagaan, Dil Cahata Hai, Rang De Basanti, Tare Zameen Par, 3Idiots, Dhobi Ghat, Talaash and PK.

All these are classics. I didnt include 3-4 pretty solid movies in there becuase I sont think they are up to themark with the rest. In any other actors filmography the likes QSQT etc would have made the list easily.

As for BO; I dont count that as a factor in an ACTORS success. Its plays a part but only so much that it can get the said actor his next movie.

But even in that regard Aamir has pretty solid BO numbers especially the last decade; he has gone crazy there.
