I think Deepika will be right for this . PCee is not free i think . Deepika might train & prepare herself for this Film . She did martial arts in Chandni Chowk to china also . So She do have certain knowledge about action Stunts & all .

I think this is Shooting dress only . As the article says They are shooting in Mumbai Juhu in some Five Star Hotel . And This Formal is mostly wore by Managers of those hotels . So May be Sultan will be a Manager or something like that when he will be out of the ring . Just a guess .
