sorry im quite ignorant about the whole thing... do they get paid for showing up like these ? their clothes sell ? other than getting admired is there any monitory gain ?

do these loreal etc pay for appearances ? .. and last but not least why do media make a big issue out what they wear and give importance to them more than what they deserve ..
