I dont think they can get a complete 360 degree..at the most they will reduce the sentence but since HC itself said that crimes like these should not be taken lightly in Pereira case, so its highly unlikely they will let him go free! Besides, he should also be prosecuted for the perjury he committed!

Salman gets punishment but that Juvenile who did that crime with the bad intentions will be out in dec , sajjan Kumar , Tytler are still roaming free after killing thousands of Sikhs with the intentions of killing them

While i agree but just coz others are not punished as severely as they should have..doesn't mean salman deserves to be free

In fact..the courts should really be stricter now and serve all these you listed with much stricter punishments rather than freeing salman just coz these are free..that way judicial system would only become worse
