Wanted to know who comes across as the most driven and focussed on his career out of these. And when I say driven I am not talking about natural talent or charming personality or good looks. I am talking about that killer attitude, that extra edge, single minded focus and will to prove yourself no matter what it takes. Does any of these take their career so seriously?

Varun Dhawan. Though his strategies are similar to Ranbir's, it seems he's more serious toward his career.

Arjun Kapoor & driven? 😆 The only actor who can probably beat him here is ARK 😆

Dont underestimate Arjun Kapoor. He is very driven... to gain back his lost kilos 😆

I like the laid back ones..they seem to balance it better. And are cooler imo

I find too passionate people annoying. No reasons i never warmed up to jungli billi..

But I feel Aditya is more focussed now,especially after the DEI failure.Fitoor is definitely going to change things for him again after that dull 2014

Varun Dhawan...not saying just because I am his fan..hell... 😆..I am his fan bcoz he is so driven...I mean that passion and drive is insane which is pretty evident from his IVs & during promotions + he is highly ambitious... besides he is mostly in news more for his work then anything else so yeah he is quite focused as well!!

I hope it does cos we definitely deserve to see his gorgeous face on screen..There is a real dearth of eye candy in Bollywood 😆

Ranbir, Ranveer and Varun...these three seem to be passionate about acting and movies while they also know how to have fun side by side...future looks good for the three..

on the other hand, i am sure Sid, Sushant and others have it too but they don't project it around...
But in the end, drive is not enough to sustain long-term...the person needs to have luck, good directors, versatility, starriness and so on in this line of profession. Those who have most of attributes will succeed.
One thing which is not necessary for actors is good looks while for actresses, it's mandatory

Varun Dhawan...the guy is so damn focussed...when hes in a comic role he will crack u up real hard n u will end up rofl...and wen hes in serious role, he will surprise u dat dis d same guy who was imitatin govinda before... Even though hes from Bw family, ive never seen him lose focus...n clearly everyone recognises his hard work in badlapur. He cud have been another flop star son, but he really worked on himself and his acting, besides his movie choices.
