I'd say Kangana now as she's more versatile. Vidya couldn't fit into rom-com genre. Kangy can if she wants to. As far as achievements go, she has many years left and is at her prime now.

Vidya.

She has more hits. She is a complete actor with perfect voice modulation and command over language unlike Kangana whose speech is a joke.

Vidya has done more challenging roles and I feel it's a bigger achievement to make it at an age when most actresses are kicked out.

Vidya defied more stereotypes than Kangana.
She was also a well known face on TV with her ads and music videos besides a show, before she made it in films.

She's a natural unlike conventionally young, petite and cosmetically fixed up Kangana. Her success is more special because of the odds against it, which she defied. Quality wise her films win any day over Kangana's.

As of this moment, based on those stats Kangana has achieved more...but Vidya is regarded more highly than her. I think it's because Vidya's films did well in a smaller time period whereas Kangana has a bunch of gaps between her good films.

But as Scorpio_Velvet said, Kangana is more versatile and is younger, so if she plays her cards right, she could potentially be regarded more highly...and as well gain more achievements too

Vidya is far more superior than Kangana. She has given so many clean hits and done justice to her roles. Just wish she experimented just a bit more. But love her nonetheless. Never been a Kangana fan.

Vidya has 4 Best Actress Awards at Filmfare, not 2 :)

There is always something about the one who started the trend :) Vidya is the trailblazer so I'll say she has achieved more!

Kangana can surpass her but first is always first.
