Hit. Shushant seems to have done quite a good job and this is a complete different take on Byomkesh. Being a Bengali, I have grown up reading and watching Byomkesh. But Dibakar's take on it is unique and has a new touch. I think people will enjoy it. After all, Byomkesh is always safe from being a flop. We Bengalis will watch just because it is Byomkesh. Other than that, Sushant and Swastika's acting and Dibakar's direction and the mystery story will make it succesful.

I always had an image of Byomkesh since childhood and Dibakar's take is soo deliciously different
So I'll always watch it for Byomkesh
Not many people many know here but Swastika is such an amazing actress
She is capable of overshadowing any other actor

Yes. Swastika has done remarkable job in many Bengali movies as well. 😊 From the promos her character looks intriguing. 😃

I just want this film to be a hit at any cost , I'm really hoping this film do well cause actually on this film depends how good Sushant will do in future , I really want to see him as a acting star with acting star I mean Star who can act,
The guy deserves a lot coming from nowhere and making your name in bolly industry it's a big thing. if you look at new generation all the guys have connections in bollywood, 1 is a starkid and other is connected to someone in industry they have godfathers and all but sushant and ayushman are the one who are working hard, I so hope that one of them become a superstar

Average, semi-hit or Hit

Not much buzz is there in Delhi-NCR region for unknown reasons.

It looks like a quality film but at box office it'd do above average the budget is high it needs to earn huge to be hit.

85% believe that the film will not fail👍🏼

Sushant has a good fan base.. so i'd say above average

If the movie is as good as the trailers, then it'll do pretty well. Buzz will also be automatically created. I want the movie to fulfill my expectations. They are pretty high. 😆

Mine are huge too. High as they were from the start when Dibakar announced the movie, but after the teaser, trailers and the music, mine expectations have sky rocketed.

They have not put a step wrong so far, and hopefully same will be the case with the movieas well.

I agree. I have liked everything so far. This seems like a very well-researched and a passionate venture. If the movie is as good and intriguing, then it'll be a treat for the audience, for sure.
