VB's track record as Film Director is pretty BAD from commercial point of view. His only 2 success films are Kaminey & Ishqiya, out of which Ishqiya is Semi-Hit. Rest either they get Festival/Critics praise, some national awards, that's it.

Guzaarish example i gave coz along with it, ZNMD, JA were all non-commercial different films, out of which only ZNMD worked.

This film would be on above lines only... so that was the reference. FLOP hone ki way se nahi kaha tha.

he never worked with a full fledged big superstar i guess, which helps to make a film suceed in BO .. so i just hope this film delivers commercially too, because a successful film is a team work and obviously the main leads need to have some BO pulll ... and if this film doesnt succeed and still fetches awards for HR, then again good, not all great superstars have national awards , and its an honour ..

VB has worked with Ajay Devgn, Saif Ali Khan, Kareena Kapoor in Omkara. That film is a masterpiece for me, loved it to bits, but it is commercial failure.

Now this discussion is roaming in rounds... Let's end it... in the end will tell u only 1 thing... Hrithik Roshan ppl will remember only if he will give films which will be SUCCESS @ BO, more than fans, if AUDIENCE will want him... else this National Award/Praise thing baakiyon ko bhi milta hai, hardly ppl remember them.

He is between 4-6 position in today's bolly male lead stars, 15 years & still he can't be in Top 3 positions... so he should aim that, once he gets there, phir karle experiments.

So no one cares for BO

A movie can be a hit no one will remember it- grand masti

A movie can be a flop it'll be a cult-AAA
