I think the critics main problem is that actors are supposed to ACT... this is why they hate Salman Khan films too...most critics are mad because of Katrina's ability to NOT ACT...and Katrina is not the only NON-HINDI speaking top actress India has had..there are others and you should know that they are damn good actors..they compare her to Sonia because she too is still bad in Hindi 😆

that said, people are just pissed that Katrina is still doing the same thing all these years...it doesn't matter if she gets a blockbuster as no one in 10 years will remember how much money her films made..all they will remember is how good she was in a film...

i watch the film she was good my sister tought she was good
these so called critics are barely talking about her performance but prefer to describ her clothes or whatever
and since when koel is a reviewer wasnt she a talk show host
i guess that didn' work

I beg to differ, when I saw Dhoom 3, Aamir Khan was shaking his 'coconuts' as well..it was distracting in the shirtless scenes as I'm thinking about his probable bra size!

-Katrina slips into yet-another Canadian-bred character, and sleepwalks through much. She appears rather indifferent to playing a woman in search of "trueluvv", and unsure of whether she's in "safe" hands.

-This is an equally glossy, globe-trotting production and Hrithik and Katrina are better looking than the Hollywood pair, but they are duller : not so much because of Hrithik who is having a blast, just the way he did in Dhoom 2', but because of the leading lady, who is given an annoyingly big speaking part. Also, I missed the heat between Hrithik and Aishwarya, his oppo in Dhoom 2' : Kaif is more giggle than sizzle, her lipstick immaculate in a shower.

-But, what is Katrina Kaif doing in this plot? Come on, it's a Hindi film and the nation wants to see a glamorous heroine dance at exotic locations. At least, this is what the director thinks.

-Katrina's performance in the film is just an extension of her work in her previous ventures.

-As for Katrina, she appears to be doing pretty much what she has done all these years - pout, preen and look pretty. If Bang Bang is a reliable enough pointer, it is apparent that there is little bang left in her dwindling buck.

-but the formerly svelte Katrina Kaif -- trying too hard to recapture Diaz's sprightly goofiness -- comes across as insufferable. Perhaps she's been drinking too many of those artificially-sweetened mango-flavored drinks she flogs.

-Aside from Roshan, there's not one acting performance that ranks above sleepwalking and Katrina Kaif does her best to stand out with her onscreen ineptitude. Sure, they both look good and the movie isn't aimed at people looking for masterly acting, but why would anyone sit through three hours of this if they can just download Google Images of the two stars?

-Katrina Kaif shines in certain scenes, especially the comic ones, where she's portraying a normal girl in a big, bad world, just trying to make it work -- a slight reminder of her work in Namaste London -- but she becomes disinterested as soon as emotional scenes come into play.

-Katrina Kaif is either taking a shower or being drugged in the film. In between she is still speaking Hindi like it wasn't a language but some sounds. But what can poor Harleen do? She was born in Canada you see. Again? Yes YET AGAIN! The question here is not when Katrina Kaif will ever learn Hindi. The question is who between Sonia Gandhi and Katrina Kaif, will nail the language first?

AND THE BEST!!!! ANOTHER JOURNALIST THAT ENDS UP TROLLING KATTY AFTER VIKRAM THAPA: 🥳KOEL PURIE 😳:

Katrina, it seems did a one stop shop at Forever 21 for her entire wardrobe from the plastic red heart shaped necklace, to the ankle boots, the short skater dresses, to the can-can net skirt and the ill-fitting orange cut out gown (was it meant to match Hrithik's hair?). I thought Hindi cinema had finally moved way past the skimpy dresses in snow cliffs even if it is a dream sequence, I was wrong.

🤣 eagerly awaiting HOT MASAND's review 😊

oh god 😆

Sana, I want to contribute. Some more gems 😆

Katrina plays a boring bank receptionist, who has problems finding love in Shimla, because I am sure nobody would find her attractive, no? Along with the hero, she travels to a couple of countries"Thailand, Czech Republic"without a passport, let alone a visa. In every shot, she appears genly opening her lips, rolling her eyes as if she is just about to seduce a mango (or bathroom tile or choco-bar) from one of her ads. - Mayank Shekhar

If there's any saving grace to the movie it's Hrithik Roshan. The actor spells GREEK GOD in every frame of the film. Some of the breathtaking locales also fizzle out in comparison to the hotness quotient Hrithik brings to the film. The actor outdoes himself in the dance and action sequences and in every frame that he shares with Katrina, the poor soul makes up for the lack of acting on Katrina's end by upping his game. Katrina on the other hand has only two expressions throughout the film - the ad expression and the ad expression. If you've seen her in Slice, Vivel and Choc On ads you know that's exactly what you are going to see throughout the film. In some sequences it literally appears as if she has walked out of an ad into a film shoot. - nowrunning.com

Katrina Kaif can't act. She tries too hard, both to look cute and act. She gets the former right, which explains why she has been successful all these years. This might sound a little too harsh, but the moment she opens her mouth to deliver a dialogue, it makes you cringe. Sorry Kat, you are the hottest leading lady in the industry today, but acting is something that doesn't come naturally to you. - Indicine.com

Kaif, who has delivered a series of hits in spite of (or perhaps because of) severely limited acting skills and stilted dialogue delivery, is introduced in a shower sequence, which sets the tone for the rest of her screen time. When Harleen tells Rajveer that she wants to tear off his clothes, she exposes Bang Bang!'s worst-kept secret: this movie has been marketed on the strength of its two leads, but it's a solo show all the way. Bang Bang! fires on one cylinder: Hrithik Roshan. - Scroll.in

As for Katrina, she appears to be doing pretty much what she has done all these years - pout, preen and look pretty.
If Bang Bang is a reliable enough pointer, it is apparent that there is little bang left in her dwindling buck. - Saibal Chatterjee, NDTV

Katrina Kaif was given a silly role and there was little she could do about it. - Rohit Khilnani, India Today

While Roshan juggles action and charm well, Kaif is too sprightly for a bank receptionist; and well, she does what she does best - give the I-am-so-pretty expression from start to finish. - ibtimes.com

Your post is kind of rude. But i agree on katrina's acting. She single handily brought the whole movie down for me. Her dialogue delivery gave me a headache and by the end of it i was just waiting for the movie to end.
