CHECK OUT AMITABH BACHCHAN AND DHANUSH'S DAPPER LOOK IN SHAMITABH

If you thought Dhanush and Amitabh Bachchan would make an unusual pair, you only have to take one look at these pictures to convince you otherwise. Big B recently shared these images from their upcoming movie where both the stars are seen posing in old-school type suits complete with a pocket watch and John Lennon type round-framed shades. While Bachchan is seen sporting a groomed beard with long hair, Dhanush opted for a slicker hairstyle with his trademark stubble.

Bachchan just wrapped up shooting for the film. He posted. "Shamitabh hits the last day for me ... after a hard day on location several miles away from the city, they cheer for me as I leave ... to continue the next work and schedule on hand."

Dhanush on the other hand confirmed the release date of the film - "SHAMITABH ..arrival date FEB 6 th - 2015."

Shamitabh also marks the debut of Kamal Haasan's younger daughter Akshara.

Unlike other stars who go to great lengths to keep their look in films secret from fans, superstar Amitabh Bachchan and south star Dhanush have been very forthcoming in sharing their looks from the film Shamitabh.

As Shamitabh shoot comes to an end, nostalgia has gripped the cast and crew. "Shamitabh hits the last day for me ... after a hard day on location several miles away from the city, they cheer for me as I leave ... to continue the next work and schedule on hand," Big B posted on his blog.

Some stills from a song shoot of the film have also been posted by both Amitabh Bachchan and Dhanush. The song also features Akshara Haasan -- Kamal Haasan's younger daughter who is making her debut with this film.

While men are dressed in black, Akshara goes for nude-shade body-hugging attire for the song. Amitabh Bachchan has also posted a close-up picture from the song's shoot and written, "The 'Shamitabh' with the look ... there are several others too .. looks I mean !!"

The movie is R. Balki's third film with Amitabh Bachchan. Together they have delivered hits like Cheeni Kum and Paa. Shamitabh looks a box office hit already. The movie will release February 6, 2015.
