For the ones in India, try to download some international VPN softwares that hide your actual IP and connect you to the websites using the VPN company's servers' IPs. You may need to pay a little for the membership. Then you can try to get access to Netflix. You will have to pay about $8 per month for that.

If you don't mind putting up this much effort/money, then you can access Netflix in India as well.
