This sounds similar to ZNMD and Ek Main Ek Aur Tu ( though there was no romantic angle per se)..But then the treatment & chemistry makes all the difference, so i'l wait for the film 😆

the love stories r not the main plot of the movie. Its the family which is the main part, they r dysfunctional and have many problems between them, that's why ranveer didn't reveal too much about that part of the movie. There r so many characters and stories which r part of the film, all the characters go on a journey

he didn't say the whole plot of the movie. He just spoke abut his love story with anu 's character briefly. We don't know his characters equation with his dad, mom and sister. Also priyankas character goes through a lot of problems as well. Just wait for the trailer of the movie 😊
