Maybe Srk acted better than in swades and VZ but VZ and swades didn't had that magic which DDLJ had. DDLJ was classic. It was magical. It was a perfect love story.

yes am talking about the performence only :) in ddlj or darr times SRK use to do alot of ka ka ka ka kiran and sa sa sa sa simran :p it was more of a teenage love story then mature one

SRK's Darr performance is one of the best in history! No love story like VZ comes close to it. He was perfect as an obsessed psycho lover and stalker. A daring perf, different from ordinary stuff.

in an interview Yash Chopra himself rated Srk Veer Zaara performence as one of his best one :) he even cried after wacthing the film in screening :)

His Darr and Anjaam performances should not even be compared with his lame romantic hero roles. He does the same ol' nonsense in romantic movies. Darr and Anjaam were a class apart, especially back then. He was even better in Anjaam IMO.
