Yeah the only reason Mahira got the part is IMO that she showed up for the audition in India and she's Pakistani. Sanam wasn't able to come to India sadly. That really sucks.

With both of us hoping for that, hopefully there's a better chance of it coming true. 😆

I'm happy to know that others feel the same way. 😆 That is horrible...Sanam Saeed could have easily landed the role had she gotten the opportunity to audition. Mahira is not even half the actress she is. I actually had the horrible luck of watching Mahira's most recent Paki show, thanks to my mom, and she has actually deteriorated further as an actor...as if that was even possible. For once, I'm hoping the male characters dominate the movie. I don't like her off screen, and sure as hell don't like her onscreen. Thanks to the exposure of Humsafar and Fawad Khan, Mahira gets to act in such a film 😆

Mahira has not improved at all as an actress in my opinion. Sanam Saeed and her started around the same time..and Sanam has improved tremendously while you can't really say the same for Mahira. While in Bollywood, we can deal with one of her films for now..in Pakistani films..she has two films releasing this year, and one with Adeel Hussain (who I love) which I don't feel like watching anymore either.
