I think that lady with the headgear is a Aga Khan follower! I Like Sonam's dress but she wore it to the wrong event! I saw the video of this one & photogs were going crazy getting pics from all angles😆

Could be... or maybe something religious... Thats Sonam's aunt, she is married to a Singh. Maybe its a sikh turban or something similar.
