This talented and trendy young designer raised quite few devilish eyebrows when she walked into a party recently. Not only did she look slimmer, she looked a few shades 'whiter' than her genetic skin tone. While the weight loss is thanks to a killer diet, rumour is, the white skin tone has a darker story. Apparently, she is one of the many who are trying out the latest, and decidedly bizarre beauty fad - a vampire facial. Offered by a certain wellknown cosmetologist in Bandra, it involves drawing the client's own platelet-rich blood from a different part of the body and injecting it into the face to remove fine lines, wrinkles and give it a whiter, tighter look. Made popular by the likes of Bar Rafaeli and Kim Kardashian, this is reportedly THE beauty treatment of the year. We heard, a certain star wife here too has tried it out and is recommending it highly to her pals. Now if only they have the stomach for it.

well its not as icky as it sounds...only the platelet rich plasma is injected..rbcs and rest of it discared..
and not used for cosmetic purpose alone. its supposed to release growth factors and used for ulcers, bone growth, nerve injury, sports injury too..
but the cosmetic use is hyped up beyond belief 😆
