I don't think it's subtle. But Priyanka, Katrina and Shruti Hassan have definitely gotten the best results from their surgeries.

Katrina has 200% jewish features , and kajal dsnt suit her. She looks much better now after loosing oodles of weight.

Katrina, Deepika and Sonam look the same to me, haven't changed much.

Kangana has changed for the better.

Priyanka looks so pretty in the middle pic...she didn't need to do anything else to her face from then onwards!😡

Not much change in Deepika, Sonam and Vidya (except her weight)

Anushka has obviously changed drastically!
