Pl give me the examples of a natural beauty heroine

Not a single heroine is coming into my mind..from rekha ,sridevi,kareena,kat,priyanka,aish,...and the list is endless all are plastics...

As long as they look beautiful...how does it matter if they are paper or plastic or natural?? We are concerned with the end product aren't we??

Aishwarya, Kareena, Deepika, and Sonam are all natural (as far as I know)
