He probably called her again to promote Highway, or just to fuel the fire between Alia and Parineeti. Maybe they both can make a few digs on Sonakshi too. 😆
KJo loves Alia to death, not surprised actually that she's coming in the same season again.

In all seriousness, mostly cos when she came the first time,she mentioned PC Jr couple of times,so bitchy Johar wants to see them being bitchy together I guess.

who knows if its true tho. but its probably since he was trying to create some big controversy about the comment that alia made about parineeti not being stylish but it backfired because pari agreed with the comment and now he's probably gonna milk this little situation to the fullest. if he has to repeat someone it would make sense if parineeti just came with sidharth.
