ok so i notice ppl luv put down kat fr hr "film" boom...

it wasnt a big role in d film so it cant b a debut...

n plus she was 18

as teen im sure many ppl made mistake

n d movie had amitab...many new actor wud b exited 2 do it...

n also...ppl shud stop tlk abt boom

salman first film...biwi ho to asi. bt ppl say maine pyar kiya as is debut

kajol first...bekhudi. bt ppl think of bazigar nt tht film

rani...raja k aegi barat. bt ppl think of ghulam

if u bring up 1 mistake over n over will nt make hr any less thn other 3 i listed above...

true debut is mpkk bcoz tht is fil film in which she had full role n charcter

n in that flm itself she made a mark,which says lot abt hr screen presense...

She was not 18. In an interview in 2011 she said that she was 28. It means she was atleast 20 while filming Boom.

She has lied many times about her age.
People hold Boom against her because she herself does not acknowledge it. She does not mention Boom as her first film. She conveniently skips it.

shes well into her thirties. her story on her age is always changing. during znmd promotions she said she's 27 and she said shes gonna turn 28. that means she is 31 now. but even that is probably not true. she does not look 17 or 18 in boom. much older

B/c some people can be shitbags and hypocritical. Simple as that.

She was no one, came into the industry with no connections, was a firangi, good looking with a hot body and obviously got exploited. I mean would people be nicer if she had done an item number, nope. I find it ridiculous that Kareena gets a free pass for all the bratty things she said and Kat can't get a free pass for this ONE thing, which she did like ages ago. If we can excuse Parineeti and Sonam for heir loud-mouth and sometimes mean-spirited comments, why can't we look pass the one bump i Kat's filmography? I mean she was young, didn't really have offers and took what she got. She's never bitched anyone out or publicity passed comments about a person's weight or skin color and yet she's reduced to this cheap whatever b/c she did Boom.

Either way, I thinks it's very unfair, especially when she's has such an immense box office pull and aura.
