I've seen so many Emmy interviews and know he isn't a mean-spirited person and he's very classy so I don't expect him to say this. But in the context of the show, it's fine. It's a raunchy show and they're suppose to say sarcastic, witty things. Besides, I remember Ricky Gervais saying once after all the Golden Globes criticis that "it's a joke" and he made fun of celebs that live in their rich homes with their money and good looks and they should be able to take a joke. So no need to get our panties in a bunch. It's not like he's making fun of people on the downside of advantage.
For the Aish comment I think he means the persona. And no, she has not gotten plastic surgery, bleaching or anything other than maybe Botox. She is very beautiful and he has said so in the past. But she's very diplomatic and for a long time in her interviews she appeared cold and fake and hence this "plastic" term that lingers around. All of her friends that know don't find her fake but she's protective of her personal life and family and so do't entertain that in interviews. Watch her back pre-Salman and she was way more blunt (Ex Simi 1999 and Simi 2005 interview). Emmy doesn't know her personally so his perception of her is the one that is most prevalent in industry and world around us. If he meant look wise like Sajid then I got some beef with him, but I know he doesn't.
Again with the Aamir comment, I think he means "persona" and not him as an actor. And it's fine to have an opinion that's different from others. I personally adore and love Emmy while others think he's gross. It's just one's personal perception of ana ctor based on how their conduct themselves in the outside world.
Also, let's watch the whole rapid fire and see what really gets said. I was ticked off about the "plastic" comment but if I look at it from a perspective other than a fan's I can see why. A lot of people (some fans included) find her cold as a person, but she's def warmed up a lot post-Aara. So no biggie!!! 😆
