What a refreshingly honest, intelligent, AMAZING interview. Not sure if it's already been posted

I saw this TODAY in the morning. I guess we're riding the same wavelength.😆

I love the neptoism answer--it's so true and she was so honest about the money factor. But glad she didn't call the masala flicks trashy and acknowledged that even those films have an audience.

I know I usually don't prefer the flank, blunt heroines. But she's one of the rare ones that ows up to her insecurities, flaws, weaknesses and speaks from the heart. There is never an ounce of arrogance in her tone and like I said before she isn't a bitchy heroine. I saw the Sonam interview afterwards too and there is a sense of arrogance in her expressions.

I don't understand the taunts she gets, I love her interviews. Even that interview with Rajeev Masaand, it was so good.

Exactly! I loved that in spite of being honest and frank, she still sounded so humble! I don't want to name actresses but I don't agree with the whole "brutally honest" tag which really just seems like an excuse for actresses to be obnoxious. This is an excellent example of how you can be honest AND humble at the same time :)

I loved her response to acting in a masala film. "You have one line and you can say it however you want. Nobody cares." 😆

she is one of those actresses in bollywood who can be 'different' and talented at the same time, i hope krrish works because i want kangana to stay for a very long time : )

Yeah that line was nice. And then adds that anyone in the world could play that part. 😆

Her over-compensating line was my favorite. She gets so much hate for her broken English--but she spoke so eloquently.

In the pre-interview, the asked her who her favorite actress was and she said Marion Cortillard and that girl Audrey was Emile. I think I admire her more b/c she likes my Marion. 😆
