Katrina is the queen of item songs

the kind of craze she made with her item songs in unparalleled!

Sheila and chikni are HUGE!

one thing she does well is- no matter how cheap the lyrics might be, how cheap the steps be- she does it with grace! she knows the line between sexy and vulgar and never crosses it unlike her contemporaries especially PC who was horribly vulgar in bubbly track- forget its complete name as it got aired only twice or thrice on my channels due to lack of popularity!

agreed and koizu another thing is that Katrina rises above average songs.

Like when Sheila song got leaked so many people trashed it but once the music video came out the opinion on the song changed, people got obsessed with it.

lol true crystii!

Sheila's track didn't even rhyme! it was more like a "zabardasti ka gana" but she nailed it!

I remember this caf we used to go and every time this song used to air all the guys would just stop talking and be glued to the screen! hahaha!

Madhuri is the only one that can make item songs so graceful. Give her the most vulgar step and she lathers it with grace--that's a gift.

From the list, I go with Madhuri but Katrina has done a fine job. She's totally worked hard and it's quite noticeable--she is a really good dancer.

Sheila and Chikni Chameli, were the only songs out of this list that were a rage! I happening to be in India, during both of the songs peaks, and I have never seen that kind of craze for any song!

Munni is right up there too but def not number 1.
