Katrina to give Ranbir preference over Hrithik?

Hrithik Roshan's break from the set of Bang Bang, post his brain surgery, had Katrina Kaifsitting at home. Fortunately, she wasn't exactly twiddling her thumbs because she kept herself busy with her multiple endorsement shoots. She also had some important family occasions to attend, like her sister's wedding in England.

But the fact of the matter is, she spent a good three months of her life away from the studios.

In this interim period, several important professional developments took place. Kat signed Abhishek Kapoor's Fitoor with Sushant Singh Rajput. More importantly, she bagged Anurag Basu's Jagga Jasoos with her beauRanbir Kapoor.

All of a sudden, there is a clamour for Katrina's dates again. The actress and her team are currently in the process of sorting out her dates. But a source told us that Kat will start shooting for JJ in November. And here arises the problem.

Hrithik told us that he had kept himself free for the next schedule ofBang Bang from November 15. Alas, Kat is reportedly unavailable during this time since she will be in the thick of the JJ schedule with Ranbir. Since 80% of scenes in Bang Bang have Hrithik and Kat, it's imperative that they shoot together.

Sources from the production house now say that Hrithik has requested that he be allowed to join the Bang Bang schedule from the end of November because he wants to hit the gym with a vengeance before he joins them.

And, in a sense, this decision of his has ostensibly averted the November clash. It is also said thatHrithik and Katrina will shoot for around 12 days in December, after which she will start with the promotion of her Christmas action thriller.

When Katrina gets busy with the promotions, Hrithik is likely to start shooting for Karan Malhotra's Shuddhi opposite Kareena Kapoor. But with JJ and Bang Bang both slated for 2014 releases, Kat will constantly be swinging between Hrithik and Ranbir
