One part that kinda stuck out to me was the actress saying she pays Rs. 3 lakh every month to her PR manager. Just 3 lakh for a top PR company and that too an A lister! And here I was told that PR agencies are terribly expensive and not everybody can afford them etc etc.

The part that's interesting also that goes with what you mentions is that even a C lister has a PR. And than the PR uses the A-lister to promote the C lister. Which I guess is why the PR doesn't charge to high for the A lister because their name is being used by their own PR to promote another actor.

When things are going well..everything falls in place.otherwise,PR or media is ineffective.

I have seen this happening with Sports stars..one day you are up and people treat you like God..you fail a few times ,they hate you.

The same people will again be singing Bhajans after a winning performance..All is forgotten and forgiven.

The actress who is in distress,has to lay low for a while,work hard and make the public happy again,with a comeback performance.No PR agency is going to restore faith among the audience..

She should stop blaming the PR ,Media and everyone else.

Ultimately it is everyone's work that will speak for themselves. PR helps when you want to promote your upcoming film but a tarnished image can be reconstructed through work. Thats how Ranbir is where he is today. Same is applicable to PC, Bebo, Ash etc. Tomorrow if Katrina bounces back with D3 that too sporting a bikini and looking her ravishing best, the same media will raise her up😆.

Wow this whole off screen PR world sounds more dramatic than the silver screen itself. And now I realize why forum members blame celebrity PRs whenever articles pop up

Katrina is a very smart business woman..I don't think she is that stupid to write a letter to the media.

Now I understand why Anuska keeps saying some actresses PR is writing stuff about her. 😆

Of course Kat didn't write the letter herself. Probably her PR/manager wrote it for her while she dictated or something. If the letter didn't come from her, she would have definitely said so by now. Why would she take the fall for what someone else wrote?

Aushka kept accusing other actresses' PR of spreading lies about her...but she wasn't smart about it either. She should have used her PR to do the tit-for-tat dirty work rather than lashing out in press the way she did and turning people off. 😆
