It's called Happy Ending, costarring Illeana, Kalki, with Preity and Govinda shooting a few short appearances.

Directed by DK Krishna of Go Goa Gone.

It's an "anti rom com" they said.

Btw as for the hair, I asked DK why not go for shorter hair, he said.
