Comparing with the example given by you-

Arjun wasn't a star son and didn't have the powerful connections Salman had. There are seldom any second chances given to newcomers like Arjun if their debut flounders but starsons like Abhishek are given n number of chances.

Also Salman always had a crazier fan following due to his bad boy/casanova image which has worked as publicity. Thats why even his no-brainer masala movies run to full houses solely based on his personal charisma. I see no acting talent there and you can't change my view.

By the same logic, you won't dispute Irffan Khan's acting prowess, would you? Then why do you think it has taken so long for him to prove his mettle in Bollywood. His films still can't get bumper openings like Salman's. That goes on to cement the fact that acting and survival do not go hand in hand.

FYI, salman never used his dad's name or any of his connection to get work..he got all on his own merit .🥱his debut MPK worked wonders for him and there was no turnin back for him..😛whereas goin by ur logic, the disastrous sawaariya didnt do anythin to lift rk's career and he would hav sunk in the midst if not for being a star kid?😆 and salman earned his fan followin, if he didnt act he would hav been washed out long time back ..how long cn an actor survive on looks?😕if looks mattered this much, irfan and others wouldnt even make it to bolly goin by ur logic😆if it was solely based on salman's personal charisma ,ppl will stop watchin his movie and instead watch his live shows and interviews😛masala is masala , its meant to be an entertainer not based on intellectual scripts 😆

How do you know Salman never used his connections to get movies? None of the star sons/daughters can make such a tall claim. Its true that his films have been doing well but his "acting" in them is not the factor for their success. If only acting was required to run movies, Omkara would have been a blockbuster.

Also FYI, being a Salman Khan fan you don't know that his debut movie was a dud called "Biwi ho to aisi" and not Maine Pyar Kiya? Please go and watch that movie to realise that Rajshri didn't give him MPK because of his stupendous merit in his debut role 😆

MPK was his debut as a lead biwi ho to aisi was hardly a cameo lol and he auditoned for all of those and dint get them includin MPK only coz he was salim khan's son & plzzz cn u define 'acting' for me, honey?his films hav been doin well regardless of his acting when he wasnt even this big a star??😆he wasnt born with a huge fan followin that they will watch his movies and his movies will run on his star power back then🤪

How do I define acting? How about our hero never won any acting award till Dabangg which came nearly 25 years after his debut despite giving so many hits in his career. Obviously I am not the only one doubting his great acting talent, more qualified judges in the industry itself concur with that fact 😃
