Bollywood Made its Entry with Ek Tha Tiger (ETT) in New Business Market Japan.ETT Released in The Country on March 7 and reportedly the film already declared as The First Bollywood Blockbuster in Japan.
The Film Earlier premiered in Tokyo with Japanese subtitles to ensure Japanese viewers did not face any difficulties in understanding the film.Reportedly The Film Collected around 2 crores on its first weekend though the week collection has not come out yet.
ETT Released worldwide on 15 August 2012 and did some unbelievable business and is a All Time Blockbuster in India with 199+ crores Business and which is currently The Second Highest Grosser of Bollywood.

All three ruled for Almost 20+ years, now it time for others to rule but it will be after 3-4 years.

LOL! SRK fans are supporting Ranbir against Salman, forgetting the fact that it is SRK whose films' figures are being threatened by RK's film! Not Salman Khan's!

Ranbir beat the uncles? Sorry! Giving two ATBBs within 5 years since you step in industry and changing business dynamics is what you call beating uncles! Something what Salman Khan did when he came as lead with MPK! Acting with seniors and eating them alive in their film, loading hit after hit that's what you call beating uncles! Like SRK did! Completely changing the trend and making country realise that ruling stars are uncles is what you call beating uncles - like Aamir did!

Right now comments are being made on Ranbir kicking ass despite being just 6 years old (though his seniors had better record than him when they were 6 years old in industry!), by the end of the year, as seniors give biggies after biggies setting new benchmarks at BO, the RK b'day brigade will use the same 6 years as an excuse for him. "Please! He is too young! It's too early to compare him with Khans!" 😆

None of the seniors need to have sleepless nights over Ranbir. He's still King in waiting. Sitting on the side as yuvraaj.

We shall see if this film even beats Ready. Dabangg is too far.

Salman has fans. Fans like me who go for 1st day 1st show for his movies. I agree Salman acts his natural self in movies. But I dont agree that Salman cant act. Plz watch his 90's movies MPK, HAHK, patthar ke phool, karanarjun, HDDCS... There are many movies he has acted well.

Many people praise ranbir for his acting skills. But still there is a section of crowd which still hasnt accepted ranbir as a hero. And they dont care about his acting skills. While watching TV my Dad said "I dont know why Ranbir is so popular in your generation. He doesnt look like a hero.".
One day my aunty said "I dont like that rishi kapoors son, he doesnt have the goodlooks of kapoor family, has a long face & skeleton body".

Ranbir kapoor and Deepika Pahukone's Yeh Jawaani Hain Deewani has stuck gold on its opening day at the box office. The film started with packed houses all over the country be it Delhi or Pune or Mumbai or Kolkata it was same everywhere.

The film's first day business is in the range of 16.5-17.5 cr according to early estimates. The film is the biggest opener of 2013 and 2nd highest opener (Non-Holiday) ever. The film started of at exceptional pace in multiplexes across the country and maintained well throughout the day with dipping a bit in afternoon and late evening shows due to next day being a working day. The film opened well in single screens also, on an average it did 60-65% business in single screens, which is better than some of the recent biggies released in last few years.

The is is the biggest opener for both Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika Padukone beating their previous best Rajneeti (2010) 10.33 cr, and race 2 (2013) 14.5 cr by a huge margin, the film now the second best non- holiday opener as per early trends and it remains to be seen how close it can get to the Non- Holiday record holder Dabanagg 2's record when full data is available.

Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani Set To Be Biggest Non Holiday Opener

Yeh Jawaani Hai Dewaani is looking like the biggest non holiday opening ever as collections look like heading towards the 20 crore nett mark edging out Dabangg 2 which had collected 19.25 crore nett. The film has collected huge numbers all over with all the big circuits giving higher collections than Dabangg 2 and even places like CP Berar and CI being just a little less than Dabangg 2.

The opening day in the North is extraordinary with collections easily surpassing Dabangg 2 and even holiday release Agneepath. The collections are similar to the 2011 Salman Khan blockbsuter Bodyguard in North India and only behind Ek Tha Tiger.

The film is all set to clock up huge business and it remains to be seen how big.
