thank God atleast this one wont be ruined...tho i m sure even if it has srk , it might not work the same magic as the former one did but atleast it will be more digestible to see srk instead of someone else ruinin it ! 🤢

i sound silly i know, but after Ashiqui 2 , i wish dhadkan's sequel wud also starr Aditya and shraddha, atleast Adi ... it might again work..

Baazigar, Darr, Anjaam are the best performances by SRK IMHO. CDI and others follow later.

I am not at all in favour of sequels. What's wrong with Bollywood? Earlier they were taking "inspiration" from older Hindi films or regional films but at least made a new product.

Nowadays they merely copy South films or decade old films!

I would love to see Shahrukh in a grey shade type role like Baazigar. But I don't know if the Shahrukh of today can give as natural performance as he did back then. He was raw and free from affectations as an actor back ten.

But if he forgets "SRK the king" persona and simply slips into his role then I think he can change his fortunes for better and shut up bashers who say he has nothing new to offer now and that performances like Baazigar or CDI are just exceptions in his career.

If not Baazigar I hope SRK does some role like this in another film.

It's good they don't want to spoil the original by casting someone else in the sequel.

Aashiqui had Rahul Roy who became nothing later. So it did not matter much who was cast in it.

But if any actor or fimmaker is considering a Khan, Kumar, Devgan film then better avoid touching them. Their memories are all too recent and those stars are still active as leads. The generation of movie goers has grown up watching their films and people will slam instantly if product or performances are not upto the mark.
