It was like going to some college function...Cricket...DJs..Cheerleaders...Food...Mexican wave...Flags waving..horns...atmosphere was simply awesome in the stadium...and bantering with opposing fans was fun...I have seen more girls in IPL matches than say Test/ODI matches...Girls simply love IPL matches...

I never told that it was a bad experience, watching live matches are very much fun and IPL is just awesome ... their's 2 side of a coin .. I am talking about the negative things.. obviously if he misbehaved then its possible he must be having a good time too.
I am just talking about the things which happen and SRK was over hyped because there are even worst things happening around.. and giving a 5 year ban is just too OTT.
I too love IPL matches.

SRK was given a chance to apologize..he did not. Vilasrao Deshmukh who was from Congress and was known to have soft spot for BW made sure SRk was banned for 5 years..

I don't see anything wrong here... SRK stuck to his guns and MCA to their guns. It was a Western standoff...😆

@bold- Nuff said.. there was partially, whatever he did but still 5 year ban is just too much because many proved rapists, murderers in India haven't even issued a charge sheet.

i think they impose strict punishment on stars just to make a point to the public 🥱they r always an easy target , ppl say that they get off easy , but i think they r hold onto it more than any normal citizen wud hav in their place 👎🏼

Not true in all the cases...there are many instances where BW stars have been let off...

Look at recent Ekta Kapoor example...she agreed to pay the fine and she was let off...common man would have been in jail for evading taxes...

Being a public figure has few disadvantage. As long as they are given punishment as per the rule of law i don't see an issue.

but i dont think the common man would be found out in the first place like all those law abidin criminals 😆 stars are there so easy to punish and they make a statement that even stars r not let off the hook, they do hav connection and money doin the talkin at times but usually a common man is never caught to begin with!

LOL, I have just read "mumbai crowd doesnt take shytt" from any one kind of comment.

LOL same crowd voted for crminals, stood up for awful politicians, stood up for people who buy law and make a mockery out of same mumbai citizens.

But they6 know how to BOO, cricketers who play opposite to their team...what a great thing...I clarly remeber the days they booed their own indian cricketers like Yuvi, because he displayed a superb performance against their team.
what a crowd..

having said that, SRK doesnt gain anything or lose any thing from this. Though it's a two sided fight, you can clearly see him also getting abused back, it's a violation specially for some one like SRK.

I respect him for obeying the law, not trying to buy it eventhough he had lot of direct contacts with BCCI including the chief minister Deshmuk at that time. He still let case to be handled according to the law rightfully with out trying his power.

Atleast there is one example for not buying law as a powerful person. He should not given any priority because of his status and he also obeys that. At least OUR LAW doesnt bend towards one powerrful person and that person him self didn't try to bend it. Thank god..
