Losing/gaining weight affects your facial features a lot. I don't think Kareena has gotten any surgery done..what I feel is that when she loses weight her facial features slightly change..and when she's on the chubbier side again, they go back to how they always were.

I've seen recent pictures of her where her nose does have a tip like the one you posted..and then in other pictures I don't see it as much. It could possibly be the facial expressions at that moment or just the weight aspect. The jawline debate that people have makes the least sense to me because your jawline always gets more defined when you lose the chubbiness on your face. Recently, Kareena's jawline isn't as defined as it once was because she's much healthier now.

...and no I'm not a Kareena fan.

Surgery done is pretty evident now.

I don't think ppl say bebo is a natural because she for sure didn't go under the knife.. they say she's natural because she looks natural while other celebs their faces looks frozen, swollen, clownish ect. after their surgeries. And it seems like bebo is going to a really good doctor who fixes her face without making it look obvious. Or she probably doesn't get anything done. I mean to think of it every celeb men or women you can tell they get something done..why is it so hard to tell with bebo?
