This forum seriously operates on herd mentality. One starts something, and the others just have to join in and show how 'funny' they are. Unfortunately, some things can only be funny the first few times, and eventually it starts to feel like a "been there, done that" kind of thing. Forget expecting originality from BW movies, we cannot even expect it from the BW forum anymore.

Designers usually do offer pieces to celebrities before it comes out in stores. It's good for both. The actress gets to wear something first and the designer gets publicity from associating with a star. It happens all over the world, not just India.

Manish has long been associated with Karisma and Kareena. Likewise, Sabyasachi's muse has been Rani in the past and Vidya now. Payal Singhal's designs are first worn by Kajol and Anamika Khanna and Masaba give first dibs to Sonam Kapoor.

This forum tries too hard sometimes. There was nothing unusual in what Kareena said and it was just one line in a whole book.

It's actually a really good book. You should read it Koiza.
The advice she gives for you g girls is actually legit.
