Why does films like Jawani diwani, The Killer, Dil Diya hia, Good Boy Bad Boy, The Train, Crook, Rush were HIT despite having SEX/HOT Scenes?? Answer to your question: Not every film works on Sex/Hot scenes, even EH can't guaranteed a success.

Vidya gave him a hit with Dirty Picture and he really came into the big league after that. Let's not forget that Sameerbhai. 👏

Emmy's success has been downplayed by media. He is in his own way a bankable star givinghits and sustaining in this cutthroat industry. Sure media doesn't rave about how many times he took a crap, but that doesn't mean the Audience doesn't know he exists.

It's only now others want to make money off him and more power to him for that.

Awards is a whole another issue.

PS: and thankgod he is finally emerging from the bhatt's shadows.

PPS: its better to get "success" on your own terms than caving to others ;)
