Again, thanks for this much needed change. I have a couple of things I am confused about/have issues with.
1. The rulings on Frieda Pinto threads are extremely inconsistent and confusing. For instance:
This Frieda Pinto thread that was opened on 12th August is still on Bollywood Section:
While this Frieda Pinto thread that was opened yesterday (14th August) has now been moved to the Hollywood Section.
Why is there two different verdicts for the same issue? There needs to be consistency about this. Either put them all in BS or move them all to HS.
That is what every CC says. Now, I understand why the recent CC rules were put in place however they are still very confusing. The above says you are allowed to vent. I understand venting/ranting may lead to fighting. However, how about when the venting/ranting leads to no fights and the members are just discussing issues pertaining to them without arguing/fighting with each other. Shouldn't that be allowed without the "fear" of someone coming in to edit/trash your posts plus throw you a Warning Level? Also, if the posts have already been edited AND trashed, why hand out WL on top? Reeks of power abuse.

As Jaya said above, handing out WLs for issues such as these makes zero sense when someone is just raising issues that HAVE affected the section members seriously in the recent past. I'm not talking about myself, I understand and accept my WLs but DG's WL make zero sense keeping the recent unfortunate incidents in mind. People should be allowed to vent if the venting does not lead to immediate arguments or fights.
