what kind of water...i know tht is a stupid questions...but here is one question tht even dietcians can't answer.

in summers its almost impossible to have lukewarm water especially when u workout u need to have cold water..where dieticians say that even 5 litres of little cold water is unfit...then who is that idiot who is going to have lukewarm water in these scorching summer 🤢

so question remain in the same area...why is a little cold water unfit for drinking and lukewarm works...this is a very stupid and bogus theory...and i want an answer😡

Nope many medical conditions make you gain weight. E.g. asthma, which is one of the commonest diseases, if severe, can put you in a catch-22 situation. If you take steroids for it, they make you gain weight (plus raise blood sugar levels), giving rise to the moon-face syndrome, where your face starts looking rounder and rounder. However, the asthma precludes you from strong exercise which would make you lose weight, and dieting by itself, unless you starve (also bad for health when you take strong medication), does not get rid of steroid-induced weight. Not taking the steroids could kill you. That is just one simple example, another more commonly known one is thyroid. There are plenty others.

So go ahead and make fun of Aish, as a celebrity she opens herself up to that kind of scrutiny. But please do not make blanket statements about fat people using medical conditions as an excuse.

And before you start giving me advice on how to lose weight, I'm not fat, I just would like to call you out on your highly inaccurate statement.

Hot water reduces body fat and cold water increases obesity are some of the silliest arguments ever. water for heavens sake does much more than fat loss. - Rujuta Diwekar, Nutrionist.

Honey line water doesnt suit everyone - arent magical potions for fat loss. if taken without supervision, honey has high levels of fructose, not good for those who are insulin insensiive or have high LDL levels. nimbu can cause digestion problems, increase headaches, acidity.

Well this is what the book says

I think her PR will try to turn this around and suggest that she's only 'just' given birth or that she's so devoted to and is busy with her baby or something. Most people imo, are quite alarmed by the fact that She's EVEN bigger now, than she was when she was pregnant. Which is strange. And i can only chalk to it down to thyroid issues, or an unhealthy lifestyle (excessive consumption of food and no exercise). I dont think having a 'baby' is an excuse though. In the west, most celebrities lose the pregnancy weight almost instantly. Atleast Ive seen the majority shed weight, not turn obese!

The first 2-3 months you understand when women struggle to lose weight, but apparently after delivery and breast-feeding on an average you lose about 12-15 kgs within 6-12 months. Either she is over indulgent and has let go (in which case she should quit being a celebrity as you just cant be overweight for someone who has made success of her looks) or she has a health poblem. But what health poblem can she have? Or is she pregnant with the 2nd already?
