In the recent past, there have been several rumours doing the rounds that certain stars have met with premature deaths. There were rumours regarding Dharmendra, Shah Rukh Khan and Mithun Chakraborty. Two days back, people were talking about Aishwarya Rai in the same vein.

Buzz was that Rai had been killed in car crash near Firle, East Sussex. A report said, "A spokeswoman from Sussex police said that Ash was lifted from the accident site and taken to Eastbourne District hospital, but she succumbed to her injuries."

The inside information is that Rai has not found this to be funny. It is high time that people stop misusing their mobile phones and sending phony messages to friends and relatives.

yaar some people are so sad and idioitic making rumours like actors have died and stuff gald she made a press relase and removed all doubt although i didnt beleieve the rumour for a second
